Pay station for car parks

The RAVCOM parking pay station collects payments automatically in private and public car parks — cash and card — with ticket issuing and validation and direct integration with barriers, LPR and administration software. The unit is assembled and tested in Bucharest and configured around your car park's flow.

The problem it solves

A pay station is where the customer's experience and your revenue control meet. If paying is clumsy, you get queues, complaints and losses. It should be chosen and configured for the site's complete flow, not as an isolated device. In practice, most losses come from unclear flows: access granted by hand, payments that are hard to trace, missing reports, dependence on staff and interventions with no history. That is why the solution has to be designed as a system, not bought as an isolated piece of equipment.

Which types of sites it suits
